Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at rufy1b@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1 business day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
